Twisty stands at the centre of a decaying carnival display, dressed in his distressed clown costume and surrounded by eerie freak-show props. Bowling pins, balloons, skulls, a clown mask, popcorn, carnival lights and an illuminated Freak Show sign create a wonderfully grotesque vintage circus atmosphere.
